Who cares about the terminology? We should care if this presentation had the desired effect - getting these state legislatures to de-certify their Biden Electors. If so, then the term used for “proof” doesn’t matter...and, likewise, if they don’t de-certify and Biden becomes Thief in Chief on 1/20, it also doesn’t matter.
We shouldn’t get distracted by things like this, but keep a laser-beam focus on the substance. Squirrel!

We need every vote counting fraudster put in jail for years. This will crater the Dem party. The only way

I fully agree with your sentiments.
However, the United States of America is ‘institutionalizing lawlessness’. We are quickly becoming a nation not of laws but of men.
For example, how many ANTIFA rioters, looters, and arsonists have been arrested and gone to trial?
Another example, how many State and County District Attorneys have issued decrees that they will no longer prosecute criminal acts?
Another example, how many States give sanctuary to illegal and in many cases criminal aliens?
Another example, how many States released prisoners because they might catch the covid?
Final example, how many people engaged in fraudulent voting have been arrested?
The term ‘proof’ has legal meaning.
The term ‘receipts’ in this context means material that leads to proof.
The proof is in the paper ballots themselves, not the voting machine scanned images but the actual paper that voters marked.
By law, paper ballots are owned by the people to be held under seal for 22 months.
And we see how state authorized audits are obstructed and/or destroyed, both are crimes.
