There are dozens of police agencies. POTUS is expected to be there which raises security even more.

You are right about the high-tech gun detection systems. I’m going in with only a pocket knife with less than a three-inch blade. I like the idea of an assembly of armed patriots showing up on Lexington Green - or Peachtree Street in Atlanta and making a stand but this ain’t that time.

There is liability, but I or the First lady no longer can defend ourselves unless armed. Go to jail or die. We live in a binary universe.
