Nobody takes him seriously. He’s a joke.
If he is inaugurated, the joke’s on all of America.
But was it a gaffe? Somewhere in what is left of his thought processes he knows that he will be on the masthead but not on the ground.
When Joe Biden makes gaffes like this, you can be sure that it’s a Freudian slip... an unintentional error that reveals what one subconsciously believes.
