The United States has survived the 2020 election and its seemingly never-ending and increasingly bizarre aftermath. Efforts by Donald Trump to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in the courts met abject failure at almost every turn even as a number of Republican elected officials and Republican voters embraced them.
The most apocalyptic scenarios that some scholars worried about before the election did not come to pass. But nothing that happened after November 3 can be considered normal — not the threats to election officials, not the concerted legal effort to invalidate millions of votes, and certainly not Four Seasons Total Landscaping.
Some prominent academic figures who study how countries fall into dictatorships are deeply concerned about what would come next.
Daniel Zilblatt, a political science professor at Harvard and the co-author of How Democracies Die, told Intelligencer, “I think it’s pretty clear that there was a somewhat serious effort to steal this election. It’s not going to succeed. In that sense, the acute normative crisis has passed. It doesn’t mean our checks and balances have worked.” He pointed to what he described as “a chronic slow burning problem” within the American electorate, the “radicalization” within the Republican Party.

3) I have the feeling that MSN, other China financed MSM, China bought politicians, and other commies will be scrambling to erase all of the seditious memes and Tweets and treasonous actions once Trump wins. Even if, and it’s a big IF, they succeed in stealing his lawfully won election there are enough of us to make them thoroughly miserable for a very long time. They have become too comfortable with us shrugging our shoulders and waiting for “next time”. They have been exposed for the America hating communists that they are and at least 80 million people are tired of taking it.

To which could be added that Rasmussen and Gallop polls say he’s the most admired man in the world. Lotta mileage left in Trump.
Ok, they NEVER worry about the fascism promulgated by the Dems over decades, forcing people to do things with their property that they have no natural right over.
They don’t worry about Dem rulers enabling and flouting the law, such as brazenly declaring “sanctuary” for ILLEGALS.
They don’t worry about allowing mobs to riot and take over sections of citi s or paint their mark huge for irplanes to see on city streets. They don’t worry that the riots happen at all, much less that the RULERS condone and enable them and applaud them rather than shooting them like they should be.
That is the narrative they MUST push in order for their coup to succeed. The “news” isn’t about “news” any more... It’s about shaping the public’s perspective and forcing the herd into their Socialist pen.

What are we supposed to do, go outside and shoot the first democrat we come across? Everyone keeps calling for people to “do something”. We’ve rallied, put up signs, contributed money, voted and yes, prayed. Many that are able will be in Washington on the 6th.
I fear that opposing a coup becomes illegal, then its slavery or war, wait isn’t that history..
I’d say well over half of voting age citizens don’;t believe this was a fair election - at any level in damn near every state.

The Left knows this is their last chance. If Trump were to retain office, their entire apparatus within the USA, and probably abroad, would be dismantled. They HAVE to get the White House, and they know it, so NO tactic will be off the table for them. It will be lies, lies, lies, fear, fear, fear, and naked force from here on out, until one side or the other wins completely.
