Los Angeles-based AEG Presents exec Michelle Swing, 29, was given two properties on the same street in suburban Nashville in the last year, paying nothing despite them being worth more than $400,000 combined, according to property records.
They include the house in Antioch that Warner had last lived in — one he gave to her on Nov. 25, a day before Thanksgiving and exactly a month before his devastating suicide attack in his explosives-laden RV.
Swing has refused to talk about how she knows Warner and has even claimed to have been unaware about the quitclaim transfer that granted her his home, which shows an RV parked next to it in Google Maps images.

But as well as refusing to discuss her ties, Swing is now hiding her own online footprint, deleting social media, including Facebook and LinkedIn.

I did quick search...
When I only get boiler plate copied official narrative and any deviation of the narrative is then plastered all through the information.
200 results and only two that had anything of worth in additional info on her.
She is a ghost as far as google is concerned. Ghosting is also a description of removing anything worthwhile and just pumping copies of the official narrative into the search results, result bring ppl give up looking.
The augusta on the Chan’s are digging, and the way back machine is a magical place but takes time to search.

I believe a lot of people are getting caught up in what is known as the “Detectives curse.” This means the answer has been right under your nose the whole time but you were looking at the wrong clues.
Bells and whistles should go off for you if someone gives away important or expensive possessions. This is a big sign that someone is suicidal. ie both of his homes. Further evidence of him being suicidal is him quitting his job 3 weeks earlier.
Motive is ,from what I’ve read (not sure if verified,) is that he told people he had cancer.
He may have believed his IT work caused this cancer and possibly killed his father. Perhaps he was a 5g worrier.
He did not have an actual “person” to blame for his problems, so he blames the ATT company. Often times when you blame someone for your suicide, you do it in front of that person to hurt them and show them they hurt you. ie. A husband shoots himself in front of his wife and kids.
He did not want to hurt anyone else, he wanted to show the company, “Look at what you made me do.” This is why the audible warning and the time of day and date he chose.
He knew enough about explosives in order to build an IED, but he didn’t have the knowledge of how much damage the blast would cause. He had no intent on destroying the building or other property other than himself and his RV.

As to the second home Michelle Swing received five weeks ago, it is likely that a probate court will return that house to Warner's estate.
Downtown Nashville property owners damaged by the bomb blast are going to sue for every penny in Warner's estate.

My suspicion is that he was her client in a BDSM relationship with Total Power Exchange, hence the transfer of the real estate interests but that it has nothing to do with the bombing . . . he’s likely Unabomber 2.0 with the 5G belief. Her ‘involvement’ was likely coincindental if I’m right.
I suspect that she is pretty much watching her potential glamorous career going down the drain. Small town Tennessee girl in LA, working for a VERY glamorous firm. AEG owns substantial amounts of sports stadiums and pro teams, among other entertainment properties.

Funny how the media can track down every little detail of something they WANT to know. However, when it comes to wrong-doing by politicians, they can’t find a thing. Interesting.
Your theory certainly is plausible. And I mean that without being sarcastic.
But until actual facts come out, if that’s at all possible in today’s misinformation environment, other theories exist.
There are conspiracy theories out there regarding FBI, NSA or other government involvement here. The goal of such agencies is to create plausible deniability, a deniability that shreds any linkage to them.
The mere lack of any motive or physical evidence leaves that probability wide open until proven otherwise.
The sadest part is Warner’s death. He was the one person that could say how all of this happened.
There is a similarity here to Lee Harvey Oswald, a person killed before he could talk. In his case witnesses started dying rather rapidly after the JFK murder. If Warner’s 29 year old cutie suddenly dies or turns up missing, IMO that would certainly rule out suicide. Same applies to any others that have direct knowledge of Warner or the explosion.
