It just so happens to be unconstitutional to demand any kind of passport for US citizens to travel between any two states.
Not to mention, its unlawful to try to force anyone to take any vaccine, let alone a totally new vaccine, which has not been fully tested and which is already showing signs of unpredictable effects on those who have already taken it.
