Now that coronavirus vaccines are starting to roll out in the US and abroad, many people may be dreaming of the day when they can travel, shop and go to the movies again. But in order to do those activities, you may eventually need something in addition to the vaccine: a vaccine passport application.

Several companies and technology groups have begun developing smartphone apps or systems for individuals to upload details of their Covid-19 tests and vaccinations, creating digital credentials that could be shown in order to enter concert venues, stadiums, movie theaters, offices, or even countries. The Common Trust Network, an initiative by Geneva-based nonprofit The Commons Project and the World Economic Forum, has partnered with several airlines including Cathay Pacific, JetBlue, Lufthansa, Swiss Airlines, United Airlines and Virgin Atlantic, as well as hundreds of health systems across the United States and the government of Aruba. The CommonPass app created by the group allows users to upload medical data such as a Covid-19 test result or, eventually, a proof of vaccination by a hospital or medical professional, generating a health certificate or pass in the form of a QR code that can be shown to authorities without revealing sensitive information. For travel, the app lists health pass requirements at the points of departure and arrival based on your itinerary. "You can be tested every time you cross a border. You cannot be vaccinated every time you cross a border," Thomas Crampton, chief marketing and communications officer for The Commons Project, told CNN Business. He stressed the need for a simple and easily transferable set of credentials, or a "digital yellow card," referring to the paper document generally issued as proof of vaccination.

You know as well as I do, that one Supreme Court can overturn another Supreme Court's ruling. It's happened over and over again in the history of this country.
Right now, with the current composition of the SCOTUS, there is very little chance of mandatory vaccinations passing muster at the SCOTUS.
For example, I will never take any coronavirus vaccine, same as I don't take the flu shots. I'd like to see someone try to make me take it against my will.

I admit nothing of the kind.
The same Supreme Court ruled against mandatory coronavirus lockdown diktats in New York just a few weeks ago.
I am not going to worry about some ruling from 1905 about governments having the power to force people to take some new, unproven, rushed vaccine which has had adverse effects on a significant percentage of those who have taken it both during the trials and since it was rolled out.
We know a heck of a lot more about medicine and the human body today then we did in 1905. It's like the difference between night and day.

It's funny about you Dems. Just a few weeks ago(oh like before the elections), you Dems kept shrilling screaming that taking HCQ will kill ya, despite the fact that HCQ has been around for 70 years, been approved for over 60 years and been used by hundreds of millions to treat malaria (including me) with every conceivable side effect already known.Despite all that, the Dems and the Dem controlled medical associations kept insisting that taking HCQ will kill ya, just because President Trump had spoken favorably about it.
Despite HCQ being entirely voluntary. Sensible people like me kept taking HCQ throughout the pandemic and I am still strong and healthy despite not putting on mass, or doing social distancing or any of that sh*t.
Yet you want people to be forced to take a totally new, unproven, vaccine, with potentially unpredictable, dangerous side effects.
Go figure.
Even people on their death beds are given the option to take new, potentially life saving drugs that are still undergoing testing rather than forced to take them. No, it’s not the same thing to say that people should not be forced to take an action and to claim that same action is unconstitutional. It doesn’t matter what your preferences are, mandating vaccines is still constitutional.

The funny thing is, almost all the fake news media reports try to cover up by claiming that those who died from the vaccine were already old and due to die anyway, or had comorbidites, which is exactly the same argument we've been making against all these fake massive “cronavirus deaths”. Fake news claimed those were real coronavirus deaths. Today, they tell us the vaccine deaths are not real.
