I’m with you. As far as the election, she may have hit on some verifiable fraud...but she was so over the top she made even her truthful claims sound ridiculous. And now she’s glommed onto this.
That said, I’m wondering if this guy was ever an ATT employee. The phone company, like the PO, had a weird quasi-military culture where they treated employees badly and generated a lot of resentment. He’s old enough to have worked in that era.

I’ve noticed some large corps have odd cultures- and it’s possible this guy had a beef with AT&T. We’ll see. It’s such a bizarre event- and it’s easy to jump to conclusions. Antifa hopes it’s Proud Boys and vice-versa. No room for C. None of the above!
