VIN numbers are located at multiple places on the vehicle. I wouldn’t think it would be very hard to find one of them.
I caught a screen shot that seems to show the explosion originating from outside the RV, just to the left of it -
The bomb in the OKC bombing was multiple times more powerful, and the police and feds had the VIN of the Ryder truck within minutes of the bombing. I was there. I stood right next to the rear axle of that truck about a block away from ground zero. They undoubtedly had the VIN in this case within short order.
