Other States should make it a felony for a governor, legislature, or State agency to try to collect taxes on their residents. If they come after someone the States could extradite those governors, legislators, or agencies.

I read a sci-fi story once where some planet/starbase/whatever was so hard up for resources that they weighed you when you got there. When you wanted to leave, they’d weigh you again, and if you weighed more than when you got there, you couldn’t leave till you peed/pooped/sweat yourself back down to your arrival weight.
