There was no negligence or malpractice.
Asthma is associated with the presence of roaches, which are fairly common in cities and apartment houses.
It is also associated with immune systems not challenged by the environment they evolved to deal with.
And roaches are very fond of oil molecules... which occur when you deep fry breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Just anecdotal observation, I rarely see a black over age 50 in my gym. All geysers in gym are mostly non-black.

So she wasn’t an MD and had no idea what she talking about.

So she was trained in the same way as an MD. You may not have noticed, but in many hospitals, emergency rooms, and other medical care facilities the doctor treating you is actually a DO.
