Some on this site are getting so tiresome, it is like starting a long drive with many children onboard, as soon as you leave the driveway the chorus of “are we there yet” commence, and continues on and on. What military campaign has ever taken place without a need to know order, or months of planning, and moving of personnel into the field, instant gratification is rampant with many here. As great a nation as we are, it's politicians who allowed this mockery to occur who are to blame. Governors and state legislators are primarily responsible. We should be able to hold an election with 99.9% confidence, instead we're at 95%, unacceptable, embarrassing, criminal the way they have stolen our precious rights to a free and fair election.

Well, unlike you (as a quick scan of your comments shows), I haven’t tried to spread DEFEATISM here as you clearly have.

This isn't about defeatism. This is about realistic opportunities to make a meaningful difference. There is a tremendous amount of bluster, but at the end of the day, when the rubber meets the road, we're not going to do anything tangible.

No mass amount of people are going to keep Biden from being inaugurated on January 20th. No secret majority (or minority) of the military is going to stop the election fraud.

We're now relegated to working to win a few small elections locally. Even within Texas our "conservative" super-majority can't pass simple bills with conservative principles.

We didn't lose this year, we lost decades ago with the fundamental changes FDR brought about in the working classes. We're griping about our present as if it was something determined recently that can easily be reversed.

When you're living in country with the greatest quality of live in the history of mankind, armed rebellion is not close or to be considered. It's a pipe dream.

Like many of you, I own body armor and more firepower for myself and family than most state militias of the Revolutionary War... but unless someone comes marching across my law, I'm not firing a shot, an no one else is either.
