Yes, doctors of philosophy or education aren't heart surgeons, but they ARE doctors in the academic sense. Indeed, Dr Condoleezza is entitled to that label.
If Dems are saying we need to listen to Jill's medical advice because she's a doctor, then that's worthy of a fight. Otherwise, let them call her doctor...
