If evidence is produced that the election rigging affected many races “down-ticket” and invalidates the assumed democrat majority in congress, I don’t think it would require a “military dictatorship” to overturn any action by congress. Evidence that is provided will be the key.

If the Democrats rigged the election then don't you think they would have added 20 or so House seats and another four or five Senate seats to the mix?

The Suspension Clause of the United States does not give him the authority to suspend Congress. He could suspend habeas corpus in cases of rebellion or invasion, but even that requires Congressional cooperation.

Is the plan simply to amass a few million patriots in DC to encourage congress to vote correctly? Somehow, I don’t think that’ll work. Don’t get me wrong, the people will show up, and I’m all for making congress-critters walk by patriots with tar and feathers at the ready on their way in to the building, but congress won’t give a shit. They won’t believe the patriots will do anything.

And DC authorities will absolutely use any amount of force necessary to disperse the crowd if it gets the least bit testy. They won’t be using kid gloves like they would if this were a BLM/Antifa “protest.” They know they could go full “Boston Massacre” and the media will cheer.

I sincerely hope more happens between now and Jan 6th that makes this look less like the desperate play that it does right now. If Trump has that ace up his sleeve that he knows will give him the win and wants a massive crowd of supporters present for optics, that would be great. But if things continue on their current trajectory, Biden wins that vote on Jan 6th.

This rally accomplishes multiple objectives, even if the Congress ignores the evidence.

1. It shows we have only begun to fight.

2. It shows the Leftist Resistance was a weak sister.

3. It energizes the base.

4. It shows respect for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. "the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." 5. It puts the potential Biden administration of notice.

6. It shows the left/Media/Tech Oligarchs, they do not control us.

According to the executive order is a 45 day period to identify the response, like sanctions to impose. Once that is delivered the president acts.
