What you say sounds good. But the plain unvarnished truth of the matter is that the Democrat Party members will not let him do that. They will persecute and prosecute him and his family on every charge they can manufacture. They will also go after every trump supporter. Every Trump voter. White people in general. Both ANTIFA and BLM will be allowed free rein to roam and commit mayhem among trump supporters and Whites to their heart's content. The Police will assist them and protect them while they are doing that.

As far as elections being held in 2022 and 2024 go, forget it. Should the Democrats permit elections to be held, they will so rigged so that only Democrats will be allowed to run fir office and only Democrats will be allowed to vote. Besides, common sense tells anyone with three brain cells that if the Democrats can get away with stealing the 2020 election, they can get away with stealing the 2022 and 2924 elections much easier.
