On January 6th, Nancy Pelosi will sit down with the rest of the House members as she has no special power or authority over the hearing... Vice President Mike Pence will have all the authority as president of the Senate for that day and will accept or reject motions to decide the next steps by the assembly.
Remember... Mike Pence is in full authority that day as written in the Constitution. The ballots will be certified today but that means nothing...
The votes will be opened and at that point one House member could, and most likely will, raise their hand to object to the Vice President on the state of elector’s votes. That objection could cover fraud or any other reason, and with the seconding of that objection everything changes. Everything!!
The House and Senate will divide for two hours (at least) to debate, then vote. The vote will be per Senator with the Vice President being the deciding vote if needed in the Senate, while the vote in the House will be only be ONE vote per delegation, per state, not per House member!!! The Republicans have 30 delegation votes compared to the Democrats 20 delegation votes.
If this scenario runs true, President Trump gets re-elected.
The Democrats, the media, social networks and globalists around the world will come unhinged and chaos will erupt. Bigly.
President Trump is trying to do the right thing and go through the courts first, expose all the fraud, but we all knew that none of the courts, even the Supreme Court wanted to touch this issue with a 10-ft pole!
This is why our forefathers were so brilliant because they knew something like this could happen someday. So, don’t listen to the media and all their deception and lies. All you have to do is read the Constitution and you know that the law, policies and procedures in the end are on our side.

I think the one state/one vote rule only applies if no candidate reaches 270 electoral votes and the election is thrown to the House. I can't find any language in the Electoral College Act of 1877 that says it applies to deliberations over the validity of the electoral votes.

I’ll support the Republicans if they decide to declare Trump president, of course. But I’m not holding my breath.
The only thing wrong with that though is they don’t follow the constitution today. If they did Democrats couldn’t have changed election laws in all those battleground states. The fact that they did so and the election proceeded makes the entire election forfeit. It’s like some morons from the Jets football team changing the rules before football season starts and declaring the new rules say all field goals are worth 50 points now but only for the Jets. Well wait a minute, then all games played by the Jets using those rules are forfeit, no good, not valid. The people who changes the rules had no authority to do so. Same thing going on here, the courts that changed those election laws had no authority to do so. Only state legislatures can do that so therefore the entire election is void and the fact that they aren’t declaring it void tells me the constitution is being completely ignored.

You know, I want to believe that this is the way it will play out. Because Trump would win.
However...Trump winning this way will forever change the process by which a President is elected. Basically, the Party that controls a majority of State assemblies and the US Senate will always pick their guy as the winner. No matter what the vote. Why would they do otherwise? The ramifications would be huge. No more resources going to Presidential campaigns. A total waste of money. BILLIONS, though, going to State elections. Can you imagine? Oh the corruption! My state rep and state senator would be millionaires many times over! I have no doubt.
Then BILLIONS to Senate races. Who among the US Senate would even run for President when you get to be paid handsomely for PICKING the President every election cycle. Because the electoral vote for President will have become utterly meaningless.
Are we all prepared to see widespread assassinations of our State Assembly members? Do you doubt that would happen? Well it would. They are not protected like candidates for President are. Not enough resources. It would be brutal.
And then imagine how on the night that Trump is “re-elected,” the violence. I can’t even. When people figure out that there vote didn’t matter and never will again. How would that go down?
But then again, the other scenario — President Kamala and her ventriloquist dummy Sleepy Joe take office with control of Senate and House?? Pure Hell, too.
I see only dark paths ahead. At least for awhile.
