When I answered, a man said: “Hi is Mr. or Mrs. so-and-so there?? I said I am Mr. so-and-so. He said this is so-and-so calling on behalf of the Republican National Committee and President Trump. Do you believe that every legal vote should count? I said yes. He said good, I’ve heard that a lot today. President Trump believes in free and fair elections and every vote counted. The RNC is funding legal challenges to recount the contested states to make sure our elections are fair and accurate.” He mentions donations and asks if they can count on me to help fund the legal challenges.
What to make of this? Serious or just blowing smoke? What challenges yet remain?? Like many here I am too disgusted with the Republican party to care.
