Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell congratulated Democrat Joe Biden on Tuesday, calling him the president-elect and saying the Electoral College “has spoken.”

The media, hollywood and the ruling class hate him with a passion. Not conceding, ever, cost's him nothing at this point. So the fact that he hasn't conceded, really doesn't mean anything.
As for what, dwindling, options are left. Forget about the fed congress. Sure, there will be a rep, and possibly a senator contesting the elector votes. But that's exactly as far as that will go. There is zero percent chance, Pelosi's House will vote in favor to drop several biden votes. At that point, it doesn't matter what the senate does or doesn't do. That avenue, is closed.
There really are only two exceedingly impossible situations left that will keep Trump in office:
1. The republican legislatures in the contested states, finally exert their Article II Constitutional authority, send a different slate of elector votes (or non at all) to their Governors to send to the Congressional Archivist by January 3rd, 2021.
2. The military steps in and prevents biden from being "sworn in."
I have zero faith that the republican legislatures in question will exert their constitutional authority.

If they are successful in stealing those GA senate seats (and right now the odds look in their favor) either by (R)'s staying home because their pissed...and/or, due to the same fraud....there will be no taking back the house in 2022 for the (R)'s and there will likely be +4 new (D) senators added to the 100 as well as a packed court.
The future structure of our country rests solely with the state of Georgia and whether or not they have fraud again, or somehow they prevent what happened just 5 weeks ago.

The two Georgia Senators will not block the Dem agenda. Every Dem appointee will be conformed, most massively, and a few contentious ones will be saved by Collins, Murkowski, Romney and/or Graham. They GOP will blink on every budget battle and return to their tradition of being vocal and ineffective in opposition, and treasonous and ineffective should they’d ever regain the majority. A President Trump led MAGA party could lay waste to the GOP in 2022.

You are absolutely right you know. I knew overturning this election was a fairy tale from the beginning. Perhaps if it was one state and 537 votes like Bush v. Gore we would have had a good shot. But not needing to overturn 3 states with margins in the tens of thousands.
In 1960, Nixon conceded because Kennedy and Daley “stole it fair and square.”
So did the democrats when they changed the absentee rules illegally earlier this year. Where was Texas and Trump suing to stop the illegal absentee voting rules earlier this year? All Trump did was rant and rave about voter fraud and scare his voters away from absentee ballots. His messaging surely left as many votes on the table of those who couldn’t vote that day. Probably more than whatever margin Biden had cooked up.
I’ve seen headlines that President Trump does indeed have legal challenges pending in Georgia, Arizona, and I don’t know where else...Every time one gets struck down, another one is almost immediately filed.
