Knowing this is LA, why does ICE even bother with issuing a detention order. Send agents to the court, and arrest the individual as so as he/she/xie/whatever is released.

I’m guessing its a manpower issue. You would expect local authorities to give ICE a heads up regarding the release. But if that doesnt happen then how many resources can ICE put on each and every case?
