Pardon me but I still don’t see any indication of a definitive conclusion as to the way that the electors will be presented. Who will appoint the electors?

This ruling essentially says that the County Clerks falsely advised everyone to mark 'indefinitely confirmed' on their absentee ballot application (the only excuse legally recognized for not voting in person) because of COVID-19 stay-at-home orders.
The result from the court is simply "don't do that again." Nothing in this ruling changes the certification of THIS election.
