because it was the county clerk who made the determination, not the voter, and this was the illegal point

The State employees can’t just send out the unrequested absentee ballots with their own made-up reason for sending them.

At least, that’s my take.

This idiocy is the only way these kinds of ballot numbers, in the hundreds of thousands, can be reached, so it’s a good call to stop it. A little late, but a good call.
