If it's a mountain of overwhelming evidence by early January, maybe Trump can go directly to the American people (although the fake-news MSM & Big Tech/social media censorship companies will block his telecast) and say: My fellow Americans, check this out. It's indisputable. The Democrat Party, based on this mountain of overwhelming evidence we have collected, brazenly tried to perpetrate a massive nationwide Democrat Party election fraud. If American citizens' phone-call complaints flood into Congress, maybe the U.S. Congress will finally stand up for the Founding principles developed by our patriotic Founding Fathers. Maybe.

... and do what exactly? Just repeat his mantra that the election was rigged and he was cheated. It would just be Trump preaching to the choir ... again. Trump would be ignored.
The only way Trump prevails is if the state legislatures in at least 3 of the contested states change their electoral selection from Biden to Trump. That won’t happen today when they pick Biden in the electoral college meetings. So they would have to actually change their selection after the fact and do it before January.
