How many lawfully cast ballots were marked with the Sharpie? Do the machines have the ‘green button’ designated for provisional voting? Ballots dumped into the green button file can easily be then dumped into biden’s totals and there is a physical ballot albeit a switched vote. And for straight ticket ballots the fraudulent switch amounts to false votes down ballot.
Also, we need to skip to Section 5 of the 14th Amendment:
“The Congress shall have power to enforce by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article”
Congress has been in session and Congress has done nothing to enforce the provisions of the 14th Amendment as it relates to the November 2020 election where US citizens had their voting privilege abridged.
I don’t know the number of sharpies, but it’s nearly impossible, I repeat, nearly impossible to “add” ballots to precisely match every precinct and every machine. And I get this from GOP election officials who have worked the system for years.
I think the only issue Kelli Ward is seriously looking at anymore is the one-time 35,000 “add” that SUPPOSEDLY occurred in Pima (Tucson). But no one yet has proven this. It was an assertion by an outside computer analyst who did not undergo cross examination. This would be possible, one time, to add 35,000 paper ballots-—but there was never ever a report of a sudden batch of PAPER ballots being added anywhere in AZ.

Sounds like the *brushes* in a digital graphics program. Probably they can be rotated, re-sized, perhaps stretched/compressed along one axis and otherwise made to appear different. Perhaps they can set up a programmed sequence of such manipulations that would allow a small library to become nearly *infinite* to the observer.
Not only would it become apparent to the naked eye after viewing the batch over time, I think there are programs that can detect such matches, even after manipulation.
I wonder if they are jpegs or other pictures on a different layer?

It says Congress shall have the power to enforce this. It doesn't say that Executive or Judicial branches don't have that power. And you'll notice that 14A provisions have been liberally asserted and enforced by the other branches very freely in other areas, including where voting rights are concerned.
I don't see anything to suggest Executive and Judicial need to stand down on this.

Another avenue of fraud is the “image reader” settings.
This is where ‘erroneous’ ballots are set aside for further adjudication.
If you set the image reader to a very sensitive level, any smudge - even the presence of an eyelash hair can kick out a ballot.
Adjudication is based on an election officials’s eye judgement.
Or, in some cases, adjudicated (illegally) off-shore.

My data samples are from Dominion election reports. The "125% Biden : 75% Trump" weighting ratio came directly from the mouth of Sidney Powell -- multiple times.

68% error rate means it is not errors but intentional. An “error” means that with some frequency you provide a random output vs the correct output. A random output with 100% frequency gives you a 50 - 50 chance of getting a right or wrong answer.

But YES, the SMOTE derived Smartmatic algorithm does need to subtract, as their “published” percent of total “ballots outstanding” has to subtract from Trump in order to keep the ballot dumps for Biden from forcing 150% ballot counts.
The algorithm is actually designed for “LEVELING”, which uses decimals, so to keep the ballot and election fraud from being visually noticed. However, the Trump vote overwhelmed the set percentage of “leveling” the algorithm was set to, hence the reason for the near in unison halts, in the early morning hours of NOV 4, in all “swing states”.
I literally saw with my own eyes, Trump vote subtractions of between 500 votes all the way to over 20,000, at the same time Biden increased by those numbers and greater. In several cases I saw the “outstanding ballots” percentage fluctuate significantly, surrounding the vote flipping.
In on case, in Fairfax County, VA, Trump lost 100,000 votes instantly, while Biden took the bump.
