QUESTIONS PRESENTED
A. Do presidential electors have standing to challenge the outcome of a presidential election for fraud and illegality that cause the defeat of their candidate?
B. Are the Petitioners’ claims barred by laches?
C. Do federal courts have and should they exercise jurisdiction under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 over claims by presidential electors that the presidential election was stolen from them by fraud and illegality under color of law in violation of their constitutional rights under the Elections and Electors, Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses of the U.S. Constitution?
D. Is a claim by presidential electors to de-certify the results of a presidential election and enjoin voting in the electoral college by the rival slate of electors barred by laches when it is brought within the state law statute of limitations for post-certification election contests, and before the post recount re-certification?
E. Do the remedial powers of a federal court under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and § 1988 include invalidation of an unconstitutionally conducted election, and an injunction against presidential electors appointed in such an election from voting in the Electoral College?

Understand there is no constitutional basis for the Electoral College to decide anything tomorrow. The only hard date is January 20, 2020.
The Electoral College will vote tomorrow, and Biden will have enough EVs to be the next POTUS. This was known many months ago.

Suppose on January 6th, when VP Pence is supposed to tally the Electoral Vote, he changes some Beijing Biden votes to Trump? After all, that's what the dems have done.

C) No, because there are no Presidential elections in the Constitution, only Electors, and no Elector has any right to supervise the vote of any other Elector
D) There is no such power to "decertify a Presidential election", ref A) and C).

Read the Electoral Vote Counting Act, as amended. The procedure for disputes and how they get resolved is very clear.
Why are Americans not over running and seizing the Supreme court today?

Article II, Clause 4. The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
By constitutional authority, congress has set the day by statute:
3 U.S. Code § 7.Meeting and vote of electors:
The electors of President and Vice President of each State shall meet and give their votes on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December next following their appointment at such place in each State as the legislature of such State shall direct.
So ultimately, yeah, there is a constitutional basis for teh Electoral College to decide things tomorrow.

This is truly disgusting, no doubt, but the reality is elections have been stolen before.
1960 was a no-brainer theft stolen by Mayor Daley and the Mafia in Illinois and LBJ in Texas.
1876 had “massive turnout” which was as fake as a three dollar bill—to this day we still have no clue who actually “won” that election.
So—yeah it is really bad.
But—not the first time.
