The United States Constitution gives the state legislatures the power to determine their election laws.

These legislatures should get off their asses and address the election farce in their own states. That’s pretty much what the Supreme Court told Texas when it refused to hear this last case.

“The United States Constitution gives the state legislatures the power to determine their election laws.”

When the legislatures refuse, or ignore their job to address the election farce in their own state then who is left to correct the problem? Who has standing?

I always thought that SCOTUS was the defender of our Constitution, therefore when they fail to do their job the only thing left to defend our Constitution is martial law.
