A LITTLE BACKGROUND FOR THOSE UNFAMILIAR WITH WISCONSIN’s CASE:

Biden won Wisconsin by about 21,000 votes out of 3.3 million cast, giving him a margin of victory of 0.6 percentage points. Trump paid $3 million for a recount in Dane and Milwaukee counties, but the recount slightly widened Biden’s win.

Trump brought a lawsuit directly to the state Supreme Court, but the justices rejected it on a 4-3 vote last week, saying he should start in lower court.

Trump then filed a new challenge and Reserve Judge Stephen Simanek on Friday ruled against Trump, saying officials had run a fair election that was free of widespread fraud and misconduct.

Hours later, Trump appealed and asked the Supreme Court to take up the case rather than have it go to the Court of Appeals. The justices agreed to take the case and scheduled Saturday’s arguments.

The first three Justices asking questions were screaming hard left loons, after that things settled down for a while. Trump' lawyer was a little "frumpled" to look at but very steady and in the end NAILED one of the screaming loons. It ended something like this with a simple question Does the Wisconsin Election Commission have the power to make law or are they there to administer the law passed by the Legislature? Justice …. (can't remember her name) please tell me who passed the laws and who must follow the laws that were passed when administering elections.

Jill Karofsky exhibited the worst case of “judicial decorum’ and temperament I ever seen. The voters of Wisconsin should start a recall petition and/or file judicial ethics complaints. She should have excused herself for showing “extreme bias” again the plaintiff (President Trump) for both her pre-election comments (”I would never vote for Trump”) and for what she said during the hearing, derogatorily referring to President Trump as “YOUR KING” when speaking the his lawyer.
