If both GOP senators lose in Georgia and Manchin becomes a Republican he won’t be in the minority. Republicans would be 51 - 49. The Turtle would give him any committee he wants.
Not only will he not switch but the dumb@ss morons in his home state who still think it’s 1936 and FDR is great will keep re-electing his duplicitious @ss.

Joe, I imagine a lot of the people in WV who are registered as Democrats think that as well, but the modern day Democrat Party leadership is not anywhere close to this; they do work to promote a crazy socialist agenda, they do want to kill the West Virginia coal industry, they don't dare say, "All lives matter", they want to grant citizenship to 30 million people who entered the country illegally, they work to protect the killers of the preborn, they work to support pervert sex, they work to protect big city banking at the expense of rural West Virginians, they work to protect big-tech that is on a rampage to censor conservatives, like most West Virginians.
Joe, you don't know your own party. You're from "flyover country", and the leadership of your party could care less about you and your fellow West Virginians, and I imagine most West Virginians have had just about enough of them and you.
Cheerlead for the republicans all you want. I notice them doing NOTHING to help Trump. They impeded the wall when we held both houses. They killed his effort to stop Obamacare. They made sure Mueller, Weissmann, Sessions, and and Rosenstein were safe from being fired so they could do their dirty work. They undermined his hard efforts to get us out of the war in Syria and Afghanistan. They stepped up and let North Korea know any deal with Trump wouldn’t even get supported by his own party.
Go play with your pokemans, child. I’m loyal to the MAGA agenda, not to the republicans anymore. Since Bush they always put America last. Guys like Bush, Mitt, McCain, Graham, Kemp etc count on tools like you to keep them in power, and they laugh at you behind your back. I supported them all my life, but now I see if we keep supporting them, they will never reform.

If the Dems win both runoffs, the Senate is 50-50. If Manchin switched, it would be 51-49 R. He would be part of the majority party whether he switches or not.

If we lose both Georgia Senate seats, we’ll need Manchin to switch. Otherwise the Dems will control the Senate through Kamala’s tie-breaking vote
I can’t believe there are freepers who would rather have the Dems running both Houses of Congress than have Manchin become a Republican.
