Well, in my opinion from what you posted, it’s pretty cut and dry. Case closed. Drop box ballots illegal ballots.

Some of these judges animus is obvious....they accuse Trump of wanting a recount cause he lost....but wont allow a recount cause they won...spouting “disenfranchisement” as their defense
..they are allowing disenfranchisement by allowing illegal ballots...

She was a Wisconsin Circuit Court Judge in Dane County from 2017 until her election to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Can you imagine her kangaroo court in session in Dane?
I only saw the last part of the hearing but from what I saw, it was fairly typical of other issues before them. This court has been a very divided and contentious body for some time. The minority has never gotten over not being the majority and they reflected their extreme bias today. For a justice to engage in the impassioned rant about this being the most historical election of our time and how it is so terrible for anyone to suggest that any person from Wisconsin would commit fraud is itself bordering on juridical misconduct. For another to be so disrespectful as to state that the President of the United States considered himself to be a king is a pretty good indicator of their lack of judicial temperament.
Just from reading all of the posts, these people are more about feelings rather than facts. And that seems to be how all of them are.

I just read over at Fox10 that Trump lost twice in WI today. I assumed this is one of them but I could be wrong since I haven’t been home all day to really keep up with everything.
Yes, this isn’t complicated:
Ballot drop boxes = illegal
Democracy in the Park events = illegal
Clerk correcting ballots = illegal
We don’t (shouldn’t) need witnesses. In a sane world, all we (should) need are a few objective, indisputable pieces of info:
1) copy of statute
2) copy of extra-legislative document directing localities to deviate from statute
3) numbers of ballots associated with illegal drop boxes, illegal voter registration events, and illegally corrections
I’ve been saying this from the start: no malicious intent or accusations of fraud are necessary. THE LAW WAS BROKEN. REPEATEDLY. No need whatsoever to argue anything beyond this fact.
Waste of time. There is a reason Team Trump has lost ALL cases. The typical judge of 2020 is only a politician and administrator.

He lost a Wisconsin case in local federal court today. He lost one on Friday in a Wisconsin state court. I don't think the Supreme Court has ruled on the case that was argued here as yet.

Don’t think there are alot of blacks living in Wisconsin North woods.
When they said he was asking for 100’s of 1000’s of votes to be thrown out.... He should have instantly replied with,
No, We are asking you to acknowledge that officials in your state have invalidated 100’s of 1000’s of ballots through fraudulent (not ooops they made a mistake) FRAUDULENT conduct.
If you can’t do that, Rule against us and confirm your complicity in disenfranchising every legitimate, REAL voter in Wisconsin. Let your voters see your support election fraud so obvious that they can never expect fair elections as long as you are seated on this court.
living in GA... with the runoff. i am increasingly inclined to believe it could very well start here. we will turn out in the millions... but the dems have more votes stuck under tables..in drawers...in Ruby Freemans weave.... i dunno. hope i am wrong. everything feels off. way way off.
