Lashing out in frustration solves nothing — but unfortunately, you’re in good company.

Accept that fact we’ll go to our graves fighting. And that no single individual is responsible for the saving the Country. Wake up every day knowing that we’re at war — and find a way to keep the peace at home while having unwavering commitment to fight the adversary.

Giuliani is a good man. Don’t besmirch his integrity because you’re not satisfied. There will be no satisfaction in our lifetime.

I had great respect for Rudy at the start of this process but he is definitely out of his depth here and has been from day one. Some say it’s twenty years on the sidelines that have rusted him up but that isn’t the real problem...

He’s been surrounded by thousands of little league armchair warriors and rookie lawyers trying to make names for themselves, acting with zero coordination instead of Trump having one team of major league litigators conducting one case with military precision and managing the comms around it

The result is a scattergun approach. A lot of video clips and commentary that either isn’t actionable or would be demolished in five minutes if tested in court (eg doctored video clips where the untouched original feed is also available).

We think a lot of this high volume noise has potential, like the sacks of letters to Santa in Miiracle on 34th Street... But the reality is, it DOESN’T help Rudy or Trump if there’s no quality control.

Star witnesses on our side (literally by Rudy’s side even) have included a child sex offender, an exotic dancer, a cyber stalker on parole, and one witness who has to be coached all the way through the hearing to stop her going off script.

Demanding the disenfranchisement of all postal votes in response to a question about tens of thousands of votes, comes across like protesting inaction over an apartment bloc arson by demanding a napalm strike on the adjacent neighborhood. It is a hugely problematic request for even a sympathetic judge. Give any cause for any judge to reject it, and they will.

The judges are acutely aware that if they sign off the right thing in the wring way, this stops being a Republic. The mistake many people make is thinking that this risk only exists if the judges call it for Biden.

No. It also exists if Christmas comes early for every banana Republic in the world as a consequence of activist judges doing something as extreme as tearing up all postal votes whether legitimate or not.

How can an experienced tactician, who took the lessons of the Al Capone takedown to the next level in the 80s and who excelled in New York, hone in on the good stuff if we keep cheering on the scattergun approach and endorsing stuff that’s fine for social media but shouldn’t go within a mile of a serious court action?
