It’s the Supreme Court that has no standing in this. Time for executive action and a House vote by state delegation as per the Constitution
How will there be a House vote?
It looks like to me that GA, PA, MI, WI and AZ will send Biden electors, so there won't be a constitutional need for a House vote.
