Fox news:
155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
Trump must never concede because that would be calling a lie a truth.
However, I like the idea of declassifying a lot of stuff, pertaining to violations of the Constitution by the Deep State domestically and abroad across decades.
Including Roswell would be entertaining.
That is what needs to happen.
The Caymans would almost certainly extradite him.
You must be one of those FReepers who has actually read most of the 1800 comments as I have on this thread.
Thanks for the supporting comment.
You certainly aren't a religious man are you. I'm entitled to my opinion and just like the Dem's would do, you but in and call someone names. Maybe try DU.
“I don’t believe a Republican held State legislature needs to pass a law.”
Actually they do because they passed laws that conceded their authority to appoint electors. And as we have seen, WI, MI, PA and the GA legislatures, all Republican controlled, have to wish to select their own slate of electors. The EC meets and votes in 2 days.
OK...
I’m coming in late and I surrender this fight. But since your view has won explain this to me...
Why did the idiot lawyers argue equal protection for general population voters when the constitution only mentions state legislatures as the body from which votes for electors are relevant? The argument should have been that a binding requirement of the US Constitution is that state legislatures and ONLY state legislatures are to determine the methods taken in their state to determine electors. This is binding among the several states that have agreed to be bound in this union. The state of Texas, et al should have argued THEY as states mutually bound by the THEIR equal protection to have the US Constitution equally applied to all states as enumerated in Art.II, has in fact NOT bee applied equally where some states have used their Executive branch and/or Judicial branch to determine electors and NOT the state legislature as the only authority that can select electors.
My guess is for some reason SCOTUS (Alito and Thomas??? Oh my...) have decided that states can now do whatever they want and so long as the state legislature signs off on procedures that don’t follow state laws enacted by the legislature, tough. Get over it...
So again I’m not trying to make this case I’m looking for your take. You’ve been pretty consistent through out and you take has prevailed. This either seems fundamentally contrary to the black and white words in the US constitution (and a reading of the Federalist Papers) OR the states made a blunder mentioning individual voters as the ones suffering an eq. protection violation and the individual voters are TOTALLY irrelevant to anything in the US Constitution in re: POTUS selection OR something else is going on that is playing out in the background and we just don’t know about it yet.
Thanks...

You are correct. State Legislators delegated their Electoral Slate responsibility to elected or non-elected bureaucrats for convenience sake only. Now it comes back to bite them in the butt.
The same Ted Cruz that so many Freepers have despised for the last four years+ ?
Follow the Sanctuaries for illegal aliens model. Anything liberals mandate, reject it as a city or state. No need to secede, but make it illegal to cooperate with liberals in power. For example, Second Amendment Sanctuaries already exist.

The sense that evil people prosper while the righteous suffer is not a new thing, you know. Whenever I find myself thinking like this and getting depressed, I go to God's word and I read Psalm 73 and the God of all comfort soothes me:
So, they're playing right into the Democrats' hands and making it so easy for them to win they won't even HAVE TO cheat! Didn't the Republican candidates have to go through a Primary first? Shouldn't that have been when better candidates were brought in? Now, Purdue and Loeffler are their only choices and the control of the US senate rides on them being elected. Why not fight for them instead of letting Schumer become the majority leader??? We already know his nefarious plans and he won't be able to accomplish them if he remains the Minority leader. With so much riding on the outcome, I highly doubt they will attempt the same fraud as earlier. Tell your friends they MUST vote - we all are counting on them.
That’s true. I won’t hold my breath waiting for that to happen.
I think the fact that Trump and his team are fighting so hard to the bitter end shows that he genuinely loves this country and values every single person that supported him. It would be very rare indeed to find another man who would willfully put aside his wealth, esteem of the world, status and freedom to rebuild America and do what is right for everyone - while donating every paycheck he received. Think anyone will ask millionaire Joe Biden to do the same? Naw...the Big Guy loves money too much.
With everything that President Trump has had to endure for the last five years, I don't think anyone would blame him if he threw up his hands and walked away from DC and went back to his previous life of comfort. I imagine it would be a tremendous relief to not have to deal with the day in and day out pressure of leading the United States while putting up with the onslaught of criticism for every act, every word, nothing ever positive said about him, the constant media scorn and vicious hate from nearly every corner. I don't understand how he has persevered all this time. We are incredibly fortunate to have had him as our president. I thank God for him and will continue to pray for God's protection over him and his family as the enemies of America try to undo and take their revenge for all the good he has accomplished for us over the past four years. The thought that these evil people will now take the helm is dreadful!
Donald J. Trump will go down as one of the greatest Presidents America has ever had and I honor him.
What international forces?
