It may be too late now, but I don’t know why the legislators from the various defendant states who agree with this suit don’t take it up in their individual states. No one can say that they don’t have standing as the people constitutionally empowered to choose the electors in their states. Texas was a long shot to get multiple states in one case, but the constitutional rights rest with the legislators.
I recently golfed with two evangelical Christians who spent every minute relating stuff they had read in a book about how Trump cheated at golf.
