H.R. 1 is all BS. It would require a constitutional amendment. Congress cannot force election controls upon states by passing a simple majority. None of what’s in the bill is constitutional.
If the Dems succeed in packing the Court, who exactly is going to tell them (or even care) that it’s unconstitutional?
It will require the SCOTUS to completely reject the constitution for the bill to become law (dems take control of all three branches) - but if they do, and if it does... then who will declare this law unconstitutional in a suit?
Answer: Nobody. We'll be stuck with it.
