The AG is apparently against what the AZ Gov has done. The AG is no fool.

Wow. This might become difficult for even the MSM to ignore. The marxist media is doing their damndest to ignore this story; even at the local level.

Apparently, the Arizona Gov and Sec of State didn’t bypass their legislatures, but they did have fraud, which will be discovered.

...servants...

Servants get paid and have rights.
Slaves are property of other people, w/o payment or rights.
Serfs are tied to geographical location and have some extremely limited rights, including the ability to keep a small portion of their work effort for sustenance.
I’d say they have something between slave and serf in mind.

Quick Reply from Alaska Dept of Law.
"We agree with the State of Texas that the election integrity of all states and our country needs to be reviewed and assured. The concept of one person, one vote, needs to be absolute because it is the foundation upon which our country is built. There are very important questions raised by this case that need to be answered quickly." "While the narrow timeline prevented Alaska from joining the suit, the Department of Law will be following the case closely and looks forward to a quick decision by the U.S. Supreme Court that answers the critical questions brought forth by the case and affirms the bedrock principles by which election integrity is built upon."
I replied the AG office check again for feasibility, since the defendant states do not reply to the Supreme Court until 3 PM EST (Noon PST)! Just a quick and simply brief!

But a majority apparently did. So we are told. And look! The news media somehow had this figured out at 8:30 in the evening! My my, that was an amazing bit of precognition!

Why isn’t AZ a defendant?
Because Texas didn't list AZ as a defendant. And for good reason, as AZ doesn't have any of the issues that the lawsuit is about.

A poster over at TheDonald.Win said:
"I love how she [SCOTUS Justice ACB] made the point several times during her hearing process that “Judges are not Policymakers”. Thats a lot of what the Texas lawsuit is arguing. Judges in all those states cannot just rule to change the voting laws. If they didn’t know, they’ll be finding out very soon."
I think we're gonna win this.
