Everyone needs to drop big tech like we did. Build your network on your own platform. Play by your own rules. Populist Press will never be controlled by Big Tech.
After hit piece yesterday, YouTube used that as an excuse to target free speech yet again.
Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN) has covered almost every single Trump appearance, interview or rally since it was first rally since it was first launched in July 2015, and has been endorsed by the President-elect himself.
While there was speculation that Mr Trump would launch an official Trump TV if he lost the election, the Washington Post said RSBN was operating as “the unofficial version of Trump TV” after the billionaire’s campaign teamed up with the network to stream its programmes on Mr Trump’s Facebook page.
But with a YouTube channel of 246,000 subscribers – MSNBC only has 233,000 – RSBN became a credible resource for Trump supporters, journalists and reportedly even members of the Clinton campaign who wanted convenient access to Mr Trump’s rally speeches in full.
This week, RSBN frontman and former reporter Adam Taxin gave a “special announcement” in which he declared the network would be running a full 24-hour operation “before the end of 2016”.
BTW, if my post #36 above confuses you, in any way, and you have questions, please feel free to ask and I’ll clear it all up for you in a hurry.
Just checking to see if you’ve figured out what is going on yet. I see that you will probably not be convinced until they are escorting us onto the cattle cars. Well... you anyways.
Bullshit. It is not a “private company”. It was started with CIA venture capital money. It has thrived with special government rules. Google has massive government data and information contracts.
They are pure fascist, classic Mussolini fascist. The Government wants to suppress speech and spy on every move American’s make, but cannot. They call google who does it for them. In return, Google gets lucrative contracts, tax breaks, favorable domestic and foreign policy, and protection from litigation and competition.
Strip away their legal protection and make them the same as a newspaper.
They are anything but a “private company”. And I’d rather have a nazi channel and some jerk bbqing puppies than this communist China approved internet and a complete moratorium on our ability to organize and spread information.
Lay down and lick the hand that feeds you, may your chains set lightly upon you.
I believe RSBN had more viewers for their live stream of the Trump GA rally than Fox did. It was 280k viewers, IIRC.
I had to look that up.
“NOUN
the clandestine copying and distribution of literature banned by the state, especially formerly in the communist countries of eastern Europe.”
“The point is, who is going to decide what is allowed?”
The free market and the marketplace of ideas. Or do you prefer a bunch of guys like homo Tim Cook, Zuckerberg the freak, or foreigners like Sundar Pinchai to decide what is allowed?
its service is provided over interfaces and networks that were and are the property of the USA... who subsidized the build out of high speed internet networks.
They are a utility component. Without that network and infrastructure with they don’t ultimately own... or control...
They are out of business in 48 hours.
break the backbone.
watch them crap out.
Youtube got started with pirate videos. Music, movies, etc. They did little to police the site while they raked in billions in ad revenue. Then once Google took over they deliberately did not pull down content they didn’t have rights to.
Banned? They are still there and have a livestream now underway.
“What is YouTube afraid of?”
Great question. They fear truth, certainly. Like Satan does.
Anyone with a different view will be banned as "anti-science."
Interesting you mention this. Earlier today I just had the idea of contact my state representative and senator and urging them to push legislation *BANNING* all network connections to Google/Youtube throughout the entire state.
Do not allow anyone access to companies that censor and the problem will get taken care of PDQ.
“Censoring has started.”
Many years ago, lightly, quietly.
Now, Satan’s minion have no fear. Why should they? We’ve shown ourselves to be sheeple — staying home, masks on, no riots...
The unfortunate thing is that this is much less effective as you are just preaching to the choir rather than also reaching others from outside your own bubble. YouTube is a public area where others can find your message. But what do you do you?
Think they can get there. Not that difficult to pull in a stream.
Venture capital can be a problem for them - the VC’s are all deranged Leftists, which is weird when you consider they’re supposedly the ultimate capitalists - but they also don’t want to a) PO a big outfit like Google/Alphabet and b) waste money on a “me too” product absent an obvious market advantage.
The last point just shows how much VCs are herd followers. The mass defection of people from Fox to Newsmax is the kind of market that argues for a good application like Rumble, but it’s a hard sell. Been there done that way too many times...
YouTube thinks they are invincible when they are hanging on by only a few fiber lines to few data centers.
“I believe RSBN had more viewers for their live stream of the Trump GA rally than Fox did.”
And I think I heard that RSBN had more viewers for some of the Senate hearings than they did for any rally. They’ve done so well!
I'll worry when I see cattle cars with a US government logo. I might be forced to get on one of them.
It's up to me if I want to get on one with a FB logo.
Banned? They are still there and have a livestream now underway.
Someone is making an effort to bring Youtube down claiming censorship? In every case i have yet to see it...
I don’t have a problem with them trying to get people to leave Youtube...as they are owned by Google? Satan is Google’s silent partner.
I mistakenly thought Pay Pal owned Youtube.
Leave Youtube for no other reason than to support alternatives...as competition is always a good thing.
