Majority Statement on Elections
The Georgia Senate Republicans have heard the calls of millions of Georgians who have raised deep and heartfelt concerns that state law has been violated and our elections process abused in our November 3, 2020 elections. We will fix this.
Our state constitution precludes us from calling a special session due to the lack of a three-fifths majority in both chambers. As constitutionalists, we must respect that. Even if we could secure the requisite numbers to convene, our laws provide no avenue for us to retroactively alter the results from November 3, 2020. However, an avenue to move this matter even quicker than special session now exists and is pending before the United States Supreme Court.
As the upper chamber of the General Assembly and consistent with our prerogatives for legislative oversight:
Posterity and legitimacy of our Republic – guaranteed to us by our Constitution – require no less than our diligence, our time, and our utmost attention. Do not fall prey to the ploys of the Left, who would have you stay home and not exercise your right to vote on January 5, 2021. We cannot protect the Republic without you. Join the Senate Republican Caucus to ensure we get every possible legal vote cast in the run-off election. An overwhelming victory for our Senators and our Public Service Commissioner on January 5, 2021 will send a strong message!

2,506 felons illegally voted
66,248 under 18 registered to vote
2,423 weren’t registered at all
1,043 used a PO Box
4,926 voted past the registration date
10,315 died before the election
395 voted in two states
15,700 moved out of state before the election
40,279 changed county and didn’t re-register to vote

What are they trying to pull with that statement? The law mandates redress of grievances under all circumstances. No one is asking them to alter results of the November 3 election. The request to confirm the actual results.

The statement yesterday sounds good, but basically they are saying they will not call a special session. The things they are calling for, they could do themselves but will not.

Exactly... they could start a criminal investigation through the GBI. But Raffensperger called the GBI first. He wanted to control the investigation and we all know why.

TN has pockets of Blue that have fraud elections, that keep them blue. Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga.
Voter ID, paper ballots into a scanning machine NOT tied to the web. Keep ballots for disputes. Only absentee ballots requested by a hand written signed request that matches voter files will be accepted and they can only be requested 4 weeks prior to and election and must be returned prior to the election.
With other states having added to the complainants, I think they’ll have no choice but the hear the case. Voter fraud took place in nearly EVERY state by the records released by Powell, Lin, et all. I’m certain that not all areas reported fraud that could’ve, but they may have dismissed the affidavits as not being enough to overturn the election results, so they didn’t get any news time.
Living in GA, I’d love to see all three top jobs turned over to real republicans in 2022, and I hope that Doug Collins runs for governor, just as Trump strongly suggested at the rally Saturday night. I know we have some other people who’d make great candidates, and I’m hoping Vernon Jones WILL switch parties and run for Lt. Governor or SoS! I think we could put Stacy Abrams out of a political job forever! I’d like to get Oprah out of the state. She has residences in multiple places. Does she vote more than once? That would be interesting to know.
If they agreed to hear the petition, there would be some proof of that action. Please provide it so that we can know. According to SCOTUS Blog, The petition has been filed with three motions. None have been acted upon. The Court has directed the defendant states to respond to the petition by tomorrow. The Court has a Conference scheduled for Friday and it may be discussed there.
