I am of the opinion that the Justices declined to here the Pennsylvania case because the Texas case will resolve the issue of who won the Presidency without have to address the massive fraud.

All they have to do is rule that invalid votes must be rejected because they weren’t submitted in compliance with the law and/or send it to the state legislatures to decide. Either way, Trump wins.

I also think the Democrat threat to pack the Court is on the minds of at least the six Justices who agreed to hear the case. They like their little club the way it is.

Well, I would bet Alito is cheesed about how his order was ignored by PA.

As for Thomas and Kavanaugh, what is the saying? Oh yes, "Revenge is a dish best served cold."

Hmm, Levin said as much on his show this evening.

Methinks however that would be extremely naive of SCOTUS if true, since refusing to correct the illegal changes made in PA applies to equally illegal changes made by the GA SOS, and will result in the Dems stealing the Senate, and packing the court anyway.

And that assumption would mean the 5 honest Justices would ignore the mountains of fraud and legal mishigas that occurred in AZ, MI and WI ...
