SCOTUS GIVES GA, MI, WI, AND PA UNTIL THURSDAY DEC 10 AT 3PM TO RESPOND TO SUIT BROUGHT BY TEXAS.

What did I say that was wrong??
The PA vs. Kelly et al. case was complex, not an easy case -- a messy statute vs. amendment vector. This Texas case seems simpler/cleaner, even though there are multiple defendants -- Laws exist. Laws were not followed, altered by non-qualified agents.
The real challenge is how to "remedy". I can think of one approach:
Another might be to roll back the clock to Nov 3rd, 8pm and use those totals. Done.
If one part of the constitution is voided then the whole document is void.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Like what happened on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when BOTH parties swore in a Kenyan from Indonesia who is NOT a natural born citizen.
“What they filed is a motion asking for permission to file a lawsuit. “
True.
Nobody picks a wrong day to quit sniffing glue...
Invalidate current spate of illegally chosen electors.
New election for president; expediency means no mail in ballots.
Another might be to roll back the clock to Nov 3rd, 8pm and use those totals. Done.
The Supreme Court will not order a new election, assuming it has the power to do so; too close to the Electoral College voting day. The other two are possible, with the rollback option being similar to the remedy in Bush v. Gore.
We had one in 1824, getting John Quincy Adams elected. Trump wouldn't even be the first.
Interestingly, the 12th also demands that the VP be elected in the Senate. Sens Romney, Collins, and Murkowski could give Pres Trump a VP named Kamala Harris, "to be unifying" or some such nonsense. Imagine THAT press conference and swearing in ceremony! LOL
Or..........
What?
Most intelligent thing i read today.
Hmm, Levin said as much on his show this evening.
Methinks however that would be extremely naive of SCOTUS if true, since refusing to correct the illegal changes made in PA applies to equally illegal changes made by the GA SOS, and will result in the Dems stealing the Senate, and packing the court anyway.
And that assumption would mean the 5 honest Justices would ignore the mountains of fraud and legal mishigas that occurred in AZ, MI and WI ...
I think they either admit to voter fraud or answer “present”.
Or continue lying.
This is where Harris must be shown to not be qualified, since she is not a "natural born" citizen. Time and place to have that discussion.
I think more than “fraud” this may be referring to those States that changed their election day rules, without the legislature, which is supposed to be the CORRECT way to change election rules.
I am hoping this is the case, because at the time when the judges, the media, and politicians were changing the rules, I was FURIIOUS.
And I remember thinking this will come back to haunt them.
And the ones that pulled that coup seemed to be OK with it.
THIS is contained in the almighty CONSTITUTION. That’s what makes me think the reason for SC to take it.
BUT, I may be wrong.
Thank you for all you do. We will win this.
For lawsuits between States, the SCOTUS has original jurisdiction. Don’t have to go through the lower courts first.
BREAKING - Rudi Giuliani expect to be released from the hospital tomorrow as "all symptoms" of COVID-19 "are gone," he said in an interview with @77WABCradio— Disclose.tv 🚨 (@disclosetv) December 8, 2020
I think the SCOTUS wants to resolve all the cases in one neat package and not hear appeals from a dozen or so litigants.
Texas is requesting a response from SCOTUS by Dec 10? Or from the 4 named states?
