LOL join as a defendant? LOL now that’s a concept.
My understanding is that the suit is based on the liberal States illegally changing voting laws and procedures that are written into the constitution. Really no opposite side for the liberal States to jump on unless they want to claim the constitution has no place in federal elections (not a good look even for them.)
LOL, they'll have NO standing!
The other side are just defendants listed by plaintiffs. The leftist states can't get plaintiffs to name more defendants.
I don’t see how that would work, if say... Illinois, hypothetically, wished to express solidarity with the AH states. (No offense intended to those who happen to live there.)
Would they assume whatever liability is involved?
Not saying some state might not be so stupid, I just don’t understand really how they would approach the court to say “We want to be sued too.”
No problem. What’s gonna be their proof in rebuttal? C’mon people, time to view the glass half full, not half empty. Do I have to do all the thinking around here? Good god, y’all.

That is why the Counties have to get involved, so as an example, New York State is against us but 80% of her counties would be on our side.
