If no one gets 270 it goes to a House vote

That's scary. I think i heard one vote per state....and that Pence would be tiebreaker? JUST PRAYING that the 4 states cannot defend their actions and the SCOTUS does the right thing

It is scary because of all the RINOs roaming around the DC swamp.

But theoretically, Trump would win the vote in the House because there are about 27 Republican state delegations in the House and only 22 democRATic state delegations There may still be one or two in limbo yet but the count is in our favor.

I don't think Pence would be involved in this vote for the electors if the issue was forced to the House to decide if neither candidate could get 270 from the four state legislatures named in the lawsuit.

The Senate selects the vice president. With two senate seats in Georgia still up in the air until a Jan. runoff, it's possible for the Senate to select Harris.

So I suppose theoretically, Trump could win in the House and Harris in the Senate but now we're getting too far over our ski tips.
