OK--I've seen a few states starting to join Texas' lawsuit:

Alabama

Louisiana

South Carolina

Can people confirm/deny? List others who may be joining...

“””The pieces for victory are falling on to place at this moment, and this moment in history will change the world, save our nation and deliver the presidency to President Trump.”””

Whatever the outcome of the Texas, and apparently now et al, case against four corrupt states, it will become the most important case in the history of the USA.

Personally, I can think of no other SCOTUS case that will have such an impact on the USA.

Can others think of a case more important than this?

“””BTW, anybody, why isn’t AZ being sued too? Serious question.”””

There was a posting earlier that supposedly the AZ Legislature is going to overturn the popular vote and select their own electors.

“””It occurs to me, if we shd prevail and have elections sent to the state legislatures, how can we expect the very legislators who are actively refusing to stand for us now to stand for us when courts send it to them ?”””

I believe that is when the House of Representatives convenes on Jan 6 2021 and each state gets one vote to confirm or deny the electors sent to them from each state.

This Texas case will move mountains, win the election for Trump and earn the Texas Attorney General the role of AG in Trump’s second term.

Yes, I agree it’s doable.

Now will our Republican leaders get the spark to do it?

We’ve got such dingbats in our ranks.

You left out Iowa, but it probably wouldn’t do any good anyway. Most Iowa Republicans are squidgy.

The correct phone number for Utah is 801-366-0260 atty general Reyes. I called that office, it is time Utah stands up. Romney and Lee have said Trump has a right to protest. We need to do more than approve protest, Utah! Join with Texas. Our eyes are on Texas!

I think it’s 8 states now with MO. I could not confirm North Carolina and Tennessee is considering.

I saw that 2 days ago, they have refused to overturn the Biden result. The AZ hearing was powerful and the cybersecurity discussion that took place shows overwhelming evidence of insecure voting practices.
I don’t understand why they were not also added.

Blue state but needs to see requests from citizens to support Texas in asking the Supreme Court to hear evidence of fraud in pathetic 2020 election. Email for them is best for now.
