Update (1515ET): Just twelve hours after it was filed, the US Supreme Court has officially put Texas's lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on the docket, meaning the case will be heard.

This is the only route that gets you directly to the Supreme Court. Admittedly there is no guarantee that the court won't dismiss the case out of hand, or if it schedules oral arguments that it will side with Trump. It is a Hail Mary pass, but Hail Mary passes sometimes result in wins. Nothing else has gotten Trump anywhere near the field.

When will the court actually hear this, should be no later than Saturday, for electoral college meets Monday. I fear they will dismiss the case and render no judgment.
