I believe you’re 100% correct. Very well stated.

No, everything is stolen by them.

Stolen.

Not theirs.

Everything!

America will never be free until we can "disappear" renegade judges, à la Judge Joe Crater.

The out of control judge should already have been prosecuted for violation of civil rights.

Tough titty. Trump unquestionaby has the power to do what he did with the Flynn pardon, and if a judge or anyone else for that matter thinks it was too broad, there is nothing he can do about it.

The pardon power is plenary, absolute. This judge should know that and the supremes will make that clear. Flynn nor his lawyer should never appear for that case again. The pardon ended the case.

Hey Judge, read the Constitution and then tell me what limitations are on the Presidential pardon power. There are almost NONE.

I haven’t read the pardon message, but it should state that it covers this current ordeal Gen. Flynn has endured and any future prosecution on the same set of facts.

Take it up with the Supreme Court.

So this judge is questioning the constitutionally protected broad authority of a presidential pardon, but has no problem with a US District court judge issuing nationwide injunction based solely upon their opinion.

Got it...

It’s all out war; even President Trump didn’t understand the extent of it. I think he does now, though.

Ask them judge about Jimmy Carter’s pardon of Clinton and all the other draft resisters and about Andrew Johnson’s blanket pardon after the Civil War.
