I'm of mixed emotions on this. While I hate crooked politicians, I see that every dollar she steals from the campaign is one dollar less to elect Democrat politicians.

Politicians write laws to benefit themselves... in fact these 'how does it help ME' laws ARE THE ONLY LAWS our politicians READ.
Laws dealing with 'the people' are read by their assistants or lobbyists.
So yeah, it's probably 'legal' just like the thousands of ways our 'elites' have made bribery legal (for themselves - speeches, book buys, donations, foundations etc etc. etc.) The world knows American politicians are the dirtiest on the planet - always with their hands out for kickbacks and payoffs.
