OK, so what about the voter harvesting scenario.

A fraudulent paper ballot is created (someone who was registered to vote currently, but did not vote in 2016, so is likely not to vote in 2020) and that paper ballot is either mailed in or dropped off in some way.

The poll worker feeds the paper into the machine ("scanned" was the term I heard) and then the original paper ballot and envelope is kept.

Is that correct?

Well, there was early voting and in person voting on Election day too. Regardless, all forms of voting result in a paper ballot which is scanned by the Dominion system and tabulated. Thus, all ballots counted have a Dominion machine count and the paper evidence.

The number of paper evidences were gathered and hand recounted. The votes tabulated in the system separate from Dominion validated the same result as reported by Dominion.

If an invalid paper ballot was allowed into the system, that really can't be classified as "machine fraud" and wouldn't involve a server in Germany, etc. As I have offered before, even Trump realized this because he said the hand count would just come up with the same number as the computers did because the process does not exclude the invalid ballots.

Anyway, the quickest way to know if there was machine fraud is to do exactly what Georgia and Raffensperger ordered, a 100% hand count of the paper ballots and then compare that count to the machine count. Why would Kemp and Raffensperger have any doubt about the validity of that effort when the results and outcome matched?

I can supply you links to the spreadsheets, etc. It's a dry hole and I asked at the time what the motive of those were who continued to push the point and to smear Kemp and Raffensperger. Why accuse them of bribes which prevent them from investigating when the state already did the 100% hand recount and validated the system, at least for the Presidential race?

I continue to ask that. Why pour efforts down a dry hole for so long when there is more potential in looking for evidence of invalid ballots? I have been saying that for over two weeks now. Of course I get raked over the coals for doing so but sooner or later we have to hold ourselves to be accountable on being willing to be shown facts. The fact is that the reported votes for the Presidential race was not manipulated by the Dominion system.
