The easiest path to having a Constitutional question reviewed by SCOTUS was through the PA District Court case, which Rudy botched. He did not just botch it, be made it irreversible.

So, I am more suspicious than you.

As to who it was that was seeking the pardon, it is hard to tell. It could have been big name political cases like Stone or Flynn. Or it could have been some common criminal like Joe Exotic.

I am also puzzled by the fact that the court memorandum says dozens of tablets and phones have been seized. But I don’t recall anything about that in the news.

“as to who it was that was seeking the pardon it’s hard to tell”

But then you tell us anyway. Maybe it was Bill Cosby. Yeh I say it was Cosby. He’s got money. It was definitely Cosby.

Let me explain it to you:

The other side has gotten wind that Trump is up to something BIG.

This is a pre-emptive strike, nothing more.

Same cr@p as going after Bannon before the election.

If the Democrat Media is name-dropping Giuliani and Powell, then you wouldn't lose any money on a bet on my scenario.

Today's Michigan hearing really lit them up, especially with Dr. Linda Lee Tarver.
