Sorry, this is all news to me, I have no idea what's going on here.
I'm only saying, if the target is Trump, wouldn't they report that right off?
Others here mentioned Mark Rich, pardoned by Clinton, most likely, I'd think, in exchange for some kind of compensation.
But if the target is indeed Trump, then I'd agree with you that leftist government corruption has exploded beyond our (or at least my) previous imagination.
