The accusations may be true but evidence that stands up in court, and a convincing presentation of that evidence, is what’s needed.

You got it backwards. How in the hell can you present evidence if no one will look for it? There is no signature validation happening, no vote audits, no voter registration checks, nothing is being allow to happen by your bias courts.

And I know you might not be aware, but affidavits are evidence! And they have hundreds of those (under penalty of perjury) stating voting fraud happened. There video evidence, destruction of evidence both software and physical, etc...

It’s possible that I’m naive here. I figure that a court considers evidence and if not compelling will give their reasons for reaching that conclusion and we all can see that reasoning.

The fraud deniers to my knowledge haven’t publicly discussed the evidence of fraud. They just say “baseless claims”.

I believe Trump won and don’t understand why the evidence of that is dismissed. I don’t understand why Trump’s hotshot lawyers haven’t convinced the people that need convincing.
