Last gasp effort by Pa. House Republicans to involve state Legislature in recall of presidential election results fizzle
Penn Live Patriot News ^ | 28 November 2020 | Charles Thompson

Posted on 11/30/2020 2:50:54 PM PST by RBW in PA

Speaker of the House Bryan Cutler, R-Lancaster County, and Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff, R-Centre County, said:

“We are physically unable to consider any new legislation before the end of session. A simple resolution takes three legislative days for consideration and a concurrent resolution takes five legislative days to move through both chambers, which means we do not have the time needed to address any new resolutions in our current session,” which expires Monday as per the state constitution. It is obvious Pennsylvania’s election processes are in dire need of repair. Our work to ensure the chaos and confusion of the 2020 election are not repeated will continue in the next legislative session.”

“””Speaker of the House Bryan Cutler, R-Lancaster County, and Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff, R-Centre County,”””

Where were these two Republican dudes when the PA Legislature passed Act 77 in October 2019 and sent it on the the Governor for signature when all parties to the fraud were aware ACT 77 was totally contradicted by the PA Constitution?

“At least 2 of those in charge of the GOP in PA used the Dominion services.”

Oh yeah, and elsewhere. Small count adjustments drew zero attention. Over and over.

Why no GOP desire to nail the D’rats with this, to use a grenade plopped into the GOP’s hands? Instead, they quietly drop it in the deep part of river.

Which have to be called by the governor. Don’t know of any state where the legislature can call itself into session.

I think NSA is actually populated by good guys but there is reported some shenanigans with duplicate streams of NSA data, the second stream accessed by unauthorized persons.

The real culprit is the CIA.

The Kraken is the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion and they were empowered by POTUS because they are so trustworthy. They are trained to the hilt in cyber warfare and they have all the goods. Keep an ear out for them.

A warning to all Republican legislators across the Country, the more you do nothing, the more this will be your last term. Imagine all those Trump voters sitting out the next election? If we lose the Senate (and it’s looking like we will), there is no reason to continue playing this game. You’ll have aided your “friends across the aisle” into complete power. We are and have been disenfranchised for years and a lot of it is because of you Republicans.

All along I kept warning, “the clock is ticking”. They are moving too slow. Now you see what I mean. Likely this was deliberage.

Epshteyn said something a little different and a little more optimistic about PA on Bannon just a few minutes ago.

I would have to play it back for the details.

Apparently the theft of a presidential election on a nationwide scale is not important enough to them.

May no one even care enough about them to spit on their graves.

Deliberage sabotage....by who, exactly?

Team POTUS/Rudy/Jenna? POTUS?

Who did you warn and who is moving too slow?

TIA.

Well, wasn’t it convenient they decided to hold hearings “just” in time to put on a public show, isn’t this terrible, blah, blah, but NOT in time to take legislative action? Holding those hearings just 3 days earlier would have addressed this.

I don’t think most people here really understand SCOTUS.

Alito is over PA.
Thomas is over GA

When neither of them do anything you know it is over. And it isn’t because they were bought off.

Sadly, Dems got away with this.

Trump will always be the one that had the election stolen from him.

Now we need to see if GOP were in on it and get the payoff of the two GA seats... or if they lose those two GA Senate seats and the Senate.

Why do folks keep asking that very insane question???????

The questions to be asked are:

What the damn hell do the democrats have for freaking BLACKMAIL on the GOP?

AND

Why haven’t the GOPs who lost PRIMARIES to their own GOPs screaming?

GOPs used the freaking Dominion services.

Using FREAKING in place of another word which would be me banned, I am sure.

I've lived my entire life in PA. No more. Lock downs. Pussy Republicans. Abject tyranny. High taxes, particularly business taxes. Endless regulations. In my face Marxism. Lawlessness. Being ruled by ignorant thugs from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. No More.

I have been planning to go to a warmer climate. That will be expedited. I was hoping to do it in two years. It will be ASAP.

All you PA RINO's I'm flipping the bird as I leave. No more taxes from me. Watch the exodus occur. I'm sure others will be leaving soon.

I'm sure it was an entirely innocent oversight.

They’re like little children. They need permission from the Supreme Court to de-certify the results of their election. Luckily, I think SCOTUS will give them that permission, in the form of saying it is permissible to throw out the mail-in ballots. This isn’t over yet.

Sunday, Mastriano said that his colleagues were looking for a court decision to back them up.

So since the PA SC didn't give it to them (no surprise), I guess they would want the SCOTUS to do the deed.

I'm thinking all the other legislatures in the other states will want the same.

This is bad news...

No, this isn't bad news. The legislature can still choose their own slate of electors and this "article" in no way shows that the legislature isn't going to to do so.

Cutler, Benninghoff Make Statement on Plans for Remainder of Legislative Session

HARRISBURG – Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Bryan Cutler (R-Lancaster) and Pennsylvania House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff (R-Centre/Mifflin) made the following statement about the plans for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the remainder of this legislative session:

“The Pennsylvania House of Representatives will not be returning to voting session before the constitutionally mandated end of session on Monday, Nov. 30.

“We are physically unable to consider any new legislation before the end of session. A simple resolution takes three legislative days for consideration and a concurrent resolution takes five legislative days to move through both chambers, which means we do not have the time needed to address any new resolutions in our current session.

“It is obvious Pennsylvania’s election processes are in dire need of repair. Our work to ensure the chaos and confusion of the 2020 election are not repeated will continue in the next legislative session.

“The efforts of the House State Government Committee to further investigate the impacts of interventions by the activist Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the confusing and conflicting guidance by the Secretary of State will continue into next session. Additionally, our chamber voted to call for a complete audit of the election, a process we plan to see completed into the next session as well.”
Notice how "to voting session" isn't in the article. Nothing about no "special" session will be called.
NOTHING in that statement says the legislature isn't going to choose their own slate of electors.

You're reading this with a jaundiced eye.
