I think we’ve got 3 solid votes in Thomas, Alito, and Barrett, and that we can get 2 more, but they are shaky. We just have to hope and pray that the other two, Kavanaugh and Gorsuch, come to their senses and realize that their decision is a life or death decision for the country.
